This Live video webcast features a panel of experts who explore the issues of IT Scorecarding. Scorecarding has become the most talked about method of creating, measuring, communicating and successfully executing IT strategy. The panelists will discuss such topics as what is an IT Scorecard and why Scorecards have become essential to the success of contemporary IT organizations. Other issues discussed include how the IT Scorecard supports the strategic deployment of IT services, its framework including aspects as system integration, timely analysis and dispersed reporting flexibility as well as agility to scorecard changes within an organization.

About Sidney Finehirsh, Joseph Brady, Walter Haazen
Sidney Finehirsh is a recognized authority on computer performance and resource allocation; he brings over 20 years of leadership experience to CMX Group (formerly Compumetrics). Mr. Finehirsh regularly presents at national and international conferences, including IT Financial Management Association, Computer Measurement Group, SHARE, and SAS User Groups. He has authored various articles and paper for many publications, including Enterprise Systems Journal and IT Financial Forum.

Joseph Brady, MBA is the Solution Manager for the IT Value Management Solution. He is a former instructor of Activity Based Costing and has implemented ABC for IT Chargebacks.

Walter Haazen is the Managing Director of ASP.Consulting located in Belgium. He brings over 22 years of experience in the industry with the last 10 years focused on management consulting, process management and coaching change management teams.
