Learning Objectives
Discover insights into the Process-based Management Assessment Framework.
Program content
This session will present an assessment framework used to evaluate an organization’s maturity in implementing Process-based Management. The Process-based Management assessment is targeted at determining how an organization is changing its "management approach" to become process-based, rather than targeting the specific performance of individual processes. Also discussed during this session will be how the assessment framework will be used in the upcoming Best Practices study.
Pat Dowdle and Jerry Stevens who lead the research efforts for CAM-I’s Process Management Interest Group will conduct the session and provide insights from their field research and case studies.
