Justin Dumont leads the function responsible for designing and commercializing products and services within Five Star’s platform, Star Performance™. Throughout his career, Dumont has been actively involved in many aspects of consulting process including strategy, client facilitation, project management, solution design and implementation, and product management. He uses these experiences and a sincere desire to meet customer needs to ensure that Five Star is delivering solutions that provide value and deliver results. He has earned a Bachelor’s degree from Houghton College, and attended Mercyhurst College for graduate school.
