About Rohit Verma, Tracey Jarosz, Scott Chastain

Rohit Verma
Rohit Verma is a Professor of Service Operations Management at the School of Hotel Administration, and also serves as the Executive Director for the Center for Hospitality Research (CHR). His research interests include new product/service design, quality management and process improvement, and operations/marketing interrelated issues. He has published more than 50 articles in prestigious business journals and has received several teaching and research awards. Prior to joining the Cornell faculty, he was the George Eccles Professor of Management, David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.

Tracey Jarosz
Tracey Jarosz is  Director of Customer and Marketing Insights with Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Jarosz ensures that the company has an exceptional level of data and strategies available for customer-focused marketing initiatives. Her expertise spans both the technical and the pragmatic sides of database management and analysis. With 20 years of experience working for organizations with large customer databases, Jarosz has helped companies around the globe build and transform their business-to-consumer and business-to-business databases into successful customer relationship management programs.

Scott Chastain
Scott Chastain is the Lead Architect for the Business Analytics Practice at SAS. An engineer by education, Chastain currently assists customers by designing solutions for a wide array of business challenges. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, government and finance. Chastain believes that enterprise data architecture is a foundational requirement for business analytics, and to that end, his primary focus areas revolve around data management, data governance and master data management.
