Jenele Grassle
Jenele Grassle develops and executes the Carlson Marketing global merchandise strategy.  This includes leading the merchandise organization to ensure competitive pricing, innovative market/client programs, flawless execution and Client satisfaction.

Before joining Carlson Marketing in 2008, Grassle was Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer with ShopNBC/ValueVision Media, Inc.  She oversaw all television and internet sales reaching 64 million households, was part of a six-member executive team that advised the CEO and Board, and directed a 110-member merchandise team responsible for merchandising, product development, sourcing and vendor management.  Prior to this, Grassle was Vice President, Merchandising. She began her work there as Merchandise Manager.

Patty Saari
Patty Saari joined Carlson Marketing in 1997 and is currently responsible for all aspects of Carlson Marketing’s market-leading prepaid card portfolio. She is a primary thought leader and strategist regarding the application and delivery of prepaid cards in the employee, channel and consumer space. She manages the team responsible for all facets of business development, product development, program implementation and portfolio maintenance and compliance.

In addition to her experience in the prepaid space, Saari is a veteran of the rewards and fulfillment market.  She is a senior member of Carlson’s team of experts who advise leading companies in the pharmaceutical, automotive, technology and financial services industries on the importance and effectiveness of reward strategies in the loyalty and engagement arenas.  She is a valued industry resource often featured in trade resources including PayBefore, Incentive, Potentials, and Sales and Marketing Strategies & News and as a speaker at various industry events.  She is also a member of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association.

Luc Bondar
Luc Bondar is responsible for leading the global Loyalty Marketing team in developing and implementing powerful customer loyalty programs which recognize valuable customers and reward their loyal behavior.

Bondar joined Carlson Marketing in 1999 working in the UK and Australia, with a brief, two year stint at Leo Burnett as Account Director. He successfully managed a portfolio of clients that included BATA, Toyota, Eurotunnel and Budget Rent-a-Car, as well as executing consulting assignments for Visa International, Woolworths and Westfield. Prior to joining the US team, Luc was Planning & Business Development Director, Carlson Marketing Asia Pacific. He helped build customer loyalty programs into a specialty for Carlson Marketing Australia, which helped that office to be the fasting growing for Carlson Marketing globally, for more than five years.
