Implementing KPIs - A 12-Step Process (audio seminar)

Presented By:
David Parmenter
CEO, waymark solutions

Learning Objectives
After viewing this Webcast, attendees should understand:

  • how to implement KPIs;
  • steps to be carried out by an in-house team; and
  • why this may be the major breakthrough in turning your organization from good to great!

Program content
In his groundbreaking work, David Parmenter has proven that many companies are working with the wrong measures, many of which are incorrectly termed key performance indicators (KPIs). In an earlier Webcast, he pointed out that there are four different types of performance measures (key result indicators, result indicators, performance indicators and key performance indicators). He also went on to define what the seven characteristics of KPIs are.

Participant level of understanding
This Webcast is designed to help organizations from large multinationals to those with as few as 200 staff who want to implement winning KPIs. A prerequisite is to listen to the first 20 minutes of David Parmenter's "Implementing Winning KPIs " Webcast. For those with a staff of 200 or less, please see David's presentation, "Implementing KPIs in Smaller Organizations."
