Benjamin Studios Exceeds Customer Expectations by Capitalizing on Customer Feedback (audio seminar)

Presented By:
Benjamin Nowak, Founder, Benjamin Studios and Bruce Culbert, Managing Director, BPT Partners & CEO, iSymmetry

This webcast is part of the Customer Management Webcast series, Voice of the Customer, presented in association with BPT Partners.

Program Content:

In the highly competitive world of photography, Benjamin Studios is an impressive company.  Unlike most companies that push their products and services on their customers, Benjamin Studios co-creates value with their customers.  In so doing, they are able to deliver a positive customer experience and exceed customer expectations.

Benjamin’s secret? Listening to, learning from and acting on the Voice of the Customer.  This pioneering company gave its customers control by creating a customer feedback system.  But they did not stop there.  Benjamin used that feedback to engineer a new product line, which genuinely reflects what their customers value.   End result:  happy, loyal customers and a business with a picture perfect future.

Learning Objectives:

In this web seminar, Benjamin Nowak and Bruce Culbert will discuss:

  • Why building a customer-centric business model positions your company for growth
  • How to build a flexible business model in order to respond to customer input
  • How to leverage an analytical reporting and customer feedback system to continually optimize the customer experience
  • The impact of customer involvement on customer loyalty and profitability

Intended Audience and Level of Understanding:

This seminar is for business people who aspire to deliver a exceptional customer experience ‑ understanding the dichotomy of putting customers in the driver’s seat to increase customer value and sustain long term growth.
