Presented By:
David Parmenter, CEO, waymark solutions
www.waymark.co.nz

Many management reports are not a management tool; they are merely memorandums of information. Accountants need to be great communicators to fulfill their role successfully. Gone are the days when reports could simply be drafted without considering the reader’s needs.

Management reports as a management tool help with the alignment of behavior by encouraging action to take place, on a timely basis and in the correct direction. In other words, you need to measure and report on those activities the board, management and staff need to focus on, i.e., “what gets measured gets done.”

Tune in and learn how to convert your reports to a decision-based tool that your organization will value.

In this seminar, you’ll learn:

  • What is good monthly reporting?
  • What should be included?
  • How can the report add value to the organization?
  • How can I deliver this report quicker?

This seminar will provide the details you need turn your monthly reports into a strategic asset.
