Organizations around the world are spending far too much time on month-end reporting when the real decision-based reports are those issued daily and weekly. In other words, telling managers the horse has bolted after month-end is too late. Presenter David Parmenter has yet to find an organization that cannot perform day-three reporting by applying his methodology developed from the better practices of hundreds of fast-reporting organizations.
Leading organizations around the world, including in Australia, are already achieving month-end reporting by day one. While day-one reporting may not be your goal, day-three reporting may well be.
Parmenter has successfully presented this course to more than 2,000 attendees in Australia, Ireland, England and New Zealand. It has had a profound impact on all sectors.
