Progam Content
While studying and practicing business effectiveness, leadership expert Blythe McGarvie uncovered a vital lesson: successful leaders are systems thinkers. Two forces power business systems: integration (Fit In) and transformation (Stand Out). By mastering the FISO Factor, you will establish the platform of support required to build your leadership prowess. Our discussion will include the framework of a revolutionary program — the FISO Factor — which will help anyone in business become a more effective, influential leader. To become a Fit In, Stand Out leader, you need to posses six catalytic agents for change in yourself and ultimately your organization. These six forces are financial acuity, integrity, linkages, learning, perspective and global citizenship. We will look at several examples of leaders, including someone who helped start the largest industry in today’s business and an entrepreneur who took an $80,000 investment and, in 4 years, created a company valued at $200 million.
