For the Revenue Assurance team, the network operations presents a unique set of challenges that must be dealt with on an ongoing basis. These challenges include outdated network infrastructures, an eclectic mix of devices within the network, computer systems that communicate in a language all of their own, and data that is passed to the mediation system in a completely unreadable format. Rob will address these and other challenges and provide practical instruction on how to deal with problems they can cause within the telecommunications industry.
