Program content
Building upon applying the application of IT Governance (IT Permanence Optimization, Financial Transparency, and Financial Effectiveness) to everyday IT management problems, this seminar introduces another dimension of IT Governance.
Businesses invest in Vital Business Applications to run and manage their businesses. Application transactions must be produced by IT at a rate that the business has determined to be profitable. Yet the Vital Business Application portfolio ranges from planning, operational, through to legacy. Each stage presents different problems and a different IT Governance emphasis. We will explore the different models and benefits.
