Q: Is there any systemic way to know how effective the scorecard is?
A: Of course the simple answer to your question is, "Do we close the performance gaps in the scorecard?" I have never been asked this question before this week and you are the second person to ask for this type of information. So, here is a list of things I look for. If these things are exhibited in my clients, I know we are growing. If I am not seeing these types of things, I know I need to do more work.
