John Kasel, Senior Vice President, Operations & Manufacturing, LB Foster
John Kasel was elected Senior Vice President - Operations and Manufacturing for LB Foster in May 2005. He previously served as Vice President - Operations and Manufacturing since April 2003. Mr. Kasel served as Vice President of Operations for Mammoth, Inc., a Nortek company from 2000 to 2003. His career also included General Manager of Robertshaw Controls and Operations Manager of Shizuki America prior to 2000.

Jeff Poholsky, Manager Strategic Planning in the Office of the CEO, LB Foster
Jeff Poholsky is Manager of Strategic Planning and Performance for L.B. Foster Company, and has been employed with the Company for 19 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with a minor in Mathematics, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jeff has also earned the CIRM (Certified in Integrated Resource Management) designation from APICS.

At L.B. Foster, Jeff is currently responsible for facilitating and championing the Company’s Balanced Scorecard process, and has most recently played a key leadership role in the overhaul of the Strategic Plans of the various units of the Company. Previously, Jeff has held a variety of roles in the Company, including Senior Accountant and Business Systems Analyst.
